Treatment Covered by ACC

If your injury has resulted from an accident, you will still be covered by ACC

Here at Hobsonville Physiotherapy we hold Contracts with ACC to enable part payment of your treatment. This means that you may have to pay a part fee to cover the full cost of your treatment.

We are still able to generate the claim form for you without a Doctors referral which includes all:

• Sporting
• Recreational
• Domestic
• Occupational injuries

We are an Accredited Practise which ensures the highest standards of management and care for all patients. Accreditation is achieved through an approved ACC auditing agency which in our case is Health and Disability Auditing Auditing New Zealand (HDANZ) Additional fees may be charges for:

• Physiotherapy services provided outside normal working hours. Normal working hours are the hours of 8am – 6pm on a working day. Monday to Friday.
• Materials used in treatment e.g. strapping or orthoses, etc.
• "No-show” fee if the claimant does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not advise the service provider in advance that they will not be attending the appointment.
