Yes we can assist by generating an ACC claim if your injury has resulted from an accident.
Yes as long as this is still a valid claim.
ACC contribute towards your treatment fees. They do not cover the full amount. An appropriate co-payment is required to cover the full fee.
Our fees are in line with our experience and level of qualifications. We invest heavily in ongoing training and upskilling to provide the best care. We have a tiered fee structure depending on who you choose to see in our Clinic.
Senior Therapists charge higher fees.
Initial consults which are 40 minutes in duration range from $50 – $54
Follow up fees range from $30 and up depending on the length of the consult.

A good Therapist will be able to help with your problem regardless of the label above the door. Not all Physio’s, Chiro’s or Osteo’s are the same just as there are good and bad plumbers, lawyers etc.

Yes, we share parking with many businesses with ample parking with disability parks in front of the door. As we are on level 1, there is a lift to assist anyone not able to use the stairs.
There is also parking available at the rear of the building accessed off Memorial Park Lane
We understand that things can happen but your appointment time is reserved solely for you. Anyone else wanting an appointment is redirected to another date or time. Because of this we ask for a minimum of 4 hours notice with a cancellation fee being charged for late notice.
